Camp Registration
Summer Camp Registraton Instructions

Register for camp using the links on the right. Each camp has its own registration form. NOTE: Separate forms are needed for all registrants.

Download and fill out waiver. A separate waiver is required for each camper. You will submit the waiver in the google form registration, or you can print it off and bring it the day of camp.

After you submit your google form(s), go to the payment link. Click the tab that says, "GIVE NOW". Fill out payment form and submit. Accepted payment types are credit/debit, PayPal or Venmo.

How to find Paul Butcher Field

Pikeville, KY 41501
Traveling in from the North or South, follow US 23, 119 & 460 and KY 80 to Pikeville. Take exit 23 toward downtown Pikeville. Merge onto Hambley Blvd. and continue to the second red light. Turn right onto Hibbard Street. You will drive past the UPIKE gymnasium and take a right into the parking lot by the Hoops Facility.
